i lost my passport while in guangzhou now am in beijing can i get another passport here

Yes you can but first you must report it lost at the Australian embasy.
They will help you with the rest.0

As Tim advised, you shoudl report the lost at your country's embassy in Beijing, and you may get help from the embassy to get another passport as well.0
