There is no such notice released on their official website, but if you plan to apply for China visa, you need to submit your application to CVASC at 4/18, Tulsiani Chambers, Free Press Journal Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400 021. They may not close for May Day holiday. Please try to call at 91-22-22855271 before going.0
