About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

would it be possible to come back china after overstaying?

hello sir,
i have a friend who is currently overstaying in beijing but she wants so much to go back home to Philippines in the condition that if she would be able to come back quick as soon as possible coz her current amployer needs her badly.my friend is working to a diplomat and when she told that she wanted to go home already anytime these months,the diplomat is very willing to help her back but my friend is not sure if it will be possible as she overstayed and she's not sure if a diplomat can invite her back.sir,is it possible?what are the requirements needed inorder to make things smooth and easy?thanks and looking forward for your immediate answer regarding this matter.

hello sir Nigeria,

my friend overstayed less than two years.do you have any idea how to deal with her problem?would it be possible for her to come back with the help of a diplomat?thanks

ok , first be prepared to have money, the last time i heard , you have to pay around FIVE thousand RMB as penalty for overstaying , what is her VISA ? L,F, X or what?( please check this i am not sure) then go to PSB and secure an exit visa , also, coming back to china is no guaranty that visa will be issued again, , it all depends if they stamp on your passport that you overstay

what is her visa? L, F, X ? i think you can go to PSB and pay the fine for overstaying (around 5 thousand , not sure , and get exit visa

Thanks so much sir,ok i will tell her to do that when she's ready...i just hope it will be possible that her employer would be able to help negotiate in the PSB...with all soooooooooorrrrryyyyyyssss that my friend have violated the law...she had L to L then L to F then F to F so the last was 3mos F...thanks again...
