Hi i will travel to shenzen on July, could it easy to get VOA on that month? and can i go to travel around Guangzhou with VOA from shenzen? thank you

If it is your first time to enter china, you can not get Shenzhen VOA at port. And if not, even you get one, Shenzhen VOA can not be used to travel from Shenzhen to Guangzhou. In your situation, it will be better to apply for a China tourist visa before your leaving.
