About:China Business Visa

3 month L visa

I need to visit china,to my chinese wife and need stay 3 month,marriage registered in china, but china ambassy only give L visa one month, my wife insisting ,i must need to stay 2.5 to 3 month atleast in my this visit, how I can stay in china 3 Month with my wife?What kind of visa I should apply. I have already 2010, 2011 visits in china.

It is ok for you to enter China with one month L visa this time, don't worry, because you can get it extended in China at local PSB twice, generally one month for each. This is visitors usually do for years.

instead of extension on my passport, no possibilty bc of my marriage,i can get 3 month or 6 month with multiple entery visa inside china?Pls comment.

If you finish your marriage registration in China, you can apply for a 6 months/one year multiple entry China L visa at your wife's local PSB.
