Generally, documents required are passports, return tickets and some pocket money. If the minor is below 18 years old, and traveling abroad with only one of her parents, her mother shall execute a duly-notarized Parental Travel Permit (in a form prescribed by DSWD) certifying that she is allowing the minor to travel with her spouse. You'd better contact DSWD for this beforehand. If the child was born in HK, her birth certificate is also required.
