About:Hong Kong Visa Application

How many months are required to renew a new contract in H.K?

My H.K visa will expire on august 13 2012 but my employer tell me to take a 2 weeks vacation this coming june 25 2012. Do i need to renew my contract and apply for a new visa before i return to Philippines?

Under normal circumstances, you should return to Philippines after completion of contract and apply for a visa to return to Hong Kong to start the new contract. You'd better apply for renewal of your employment visa and contract within 4 weeks of the expiration date of your visa.
