how to get to bird's nest?

Hello! I just booked a hotel at Home Inn Huixindongqiao, it's at Xiaoying Road 11, Chaoyang District. I was told that this hotel is near the Bird's Nest. How can I possibly get to th National Stadium from my hotel? Which bus to take? and How much is the bus fare in Beijing? Also, what time do they close? We're planning to visit there this FridayThank you so much!

You could take bus 538 (just to the right of the hotel) from Xiao Ying Xi Lu station to its terminal where the Bird's Nest is located. The journey takes about 25~30 minutes.

Oh, the bus fare is CNY1 and it is in operation at 05:30~22:00.
