About:China Consulate in Houston

divorce... usa male and chinese female

married a chinese woman in china ... wife denied a usa visa twice in guangzhou...now we want to divorce
since we will never be together..
what are the necessary steps... please send me the necessary papers to fill out and i will forward them to her in kaifeng, china

Where are you now, in US or China? Just as registering your marriage, you should divorce together either in US or in China. Divorcement involves division of property and many other things, especially for you, an international couple. I advise you find a lawyer to help to deal with it.
