About:China Visa Application in USA

Do I need any other documents to obtain a China Visa?

I was born in Taiwan but a USA citizen with a USA passport. my passport said I was born in China.

Do I need any other documents to obtain a China Visa.

From your words, I guess it is the first time you apply a China Visa. As a First-time applicants born in China, you need to submit the original Chinese passport and a photocopy of the passport's information/photo page, and extension page (if applicable).
