multiple visa for 1st visit?

Hello,I want to visit China for bussiness tour. I have fresh passport, can i get multiple visa for 1 st time or no ?HOW ?

It's hard for you to get a multiple entry China visa if you have never been to China before. I'm not sure about the reason. Maybe you can get an explanation from the China embassy or consulate when you apply for the visa.
