You should download the physical exam form from the official website of the China Embassy in Indian first, and then do the physical exams listed on the form by doctors from an Indian state hospital. I'm not sure whether the two black spots on your left lobe of lungs will affect your China visa application. The final decision will be made by the visa officers.
