You have to go to the embassy in person to make an appointment for the interview 3pm-5pm on Tuesday or Thursday (except public holidays) with the documents below:
1. One completed visa application form with a recently taken passport photo stuck on;
2. Your original Indian passport with blank pages and over 6 months validity;
3. round-trip airline ticket;
4. Original introduction letter from applicant's company to state clearly the purpose of trip to the visiting country;
5. Recent bank statement of account;
6. your residence permit in Nigeria.
Then, you will go to the embassy for the interview at the appointed date. One who passes the interview will get a pick-up form which specifies a date of collection.
Lastly, go to the embassy to collect the visa with the pick-up form at the date of collection after paying the visa fee with an ATM card or debit card in the visa hall.
