bussiness visa to china for 1st time

Hello,
I want to ask tat how can i aplly for bussiness visa to china with my father [ 2 persons ]. I live in ludhiana[ punjab] . It will need 2 invitation letters ? What will be expanses for 5 day tour . Where could i aplly for the visa ? Can i print e-invitation letter which i got from company through email [ jpg format ].

One invitation letter stating that both of you are invited will be ok for you. China embassy normally requires the applicant has at least 100 US dollars per day on his/her account during the stay in China. If you are ordinary passport holders of India, you should apply for the visa from the China Visa Application Service Center at First Floor , Commercial Tower Le Meridien Hotel, Raisina Road New Delhi or 4/18, Tulsiani Chambers,Free Press Journal Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai. I think printed the invitation letter will be acceptable, but should be be written on a letter headed paper of the company. If the company providing the invitation letter for you is not under a Chinese government or the Chinese Foreign Ministry, you still need the confirmation letter of invitation by the local foreign affairs office in China.
