What are the requirements for Passport Renewal here in Beijing? Thanks.

1. You can renew your passport at the Embassy of the Republic of Philippines in Beijing.
2. The followin documents are needed :
(1)Duly accomplished Passport Application Form (available at the embassy)
(2) Original Passport and clear photocopy of the following pages: data page;visa page;Green Passport and Machine Readable (Maroon Passport)
3. The Embassy may require additional documents deemed necessary to help establish your identity such as Company ID, Driver’s License, PRC License, Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate, etc.
