Can I apply for Zimbabwe visa in China or Iran because this is the nearest embassies to Pakistan?

dear Sir, i m from Pakistan and wants to apply for zimbabwe visa, but there is no embassy of Zimbabwe in Pakistan, therefore, please advice me where can i apply for visa, can i apply in China , because this is the nearest embassies to Pakistan.please let me know.thank you
