About:Chinese Embassy in Peru

Can US citizens not residing in Peru apply at the Chinese consulate in Lima for a tourist visa?

I am a US citizen currently traveling as a tourist in Peru and would like to apply for a tourist visa to China while in Lima- is this possible?

It is possible for you to apply Chinese tourist visa in Lima, however, nobody can 100% sure you can get it, the visa application in a third country varies.
