Applying Working Permit

Hi there,

I'm originally from Asia but working in US using a working visa. If I move to China and get a job, should I go back to Asia to apply for the working permit? or can I stay in China while applying the working permit?

Thanks!

1.No, you need not go back to your own country for the working permit.
2.Before you cone to China, you should first obtained the original and a photocopy of an Invitation Letter by a Duly Authorized Unit, or a Confirmation Letter of Invitation issued by an authorized Chinese agency, together with the Foreigner Employment Permit issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China or Invitation Letter by a Duly Authorized Unit or an Confirmation Letter of Invitation issued by the Foreign Affairs Office of a chinese province.Next, bring these documents together with other required document to apply a China Work Visa. Then you can use the China Work Visa to enter China.
