1.Each Embassy or Consulate of China in Canada has its consular jurisdiction area,so could you please tell me where do you reside? Have you got an Invitation Letter by a Duly Authorized Unit or a Confirmation Letter of Invitation issued by an authorized Chinese agency or an invitation letter issued by the hosting organizers in China?
2.You can apply for a L visa; and suppose that you have got an invitation letter or confirmation letter,your husband can apply for a F visa
