About:China Tourist Visa

I am holding Pakistani passport and residence in Oman? Do I need a invitaion letter for tourism ?

As embassy is aking for invitation letter from china..Please guide from where it can be arranged ?

According to your purpose of going to China, different documents or invitation letter is needed,so could please tell me your purpose of going to China (for tourism,or business,or work,or other purpose)?
