About:Chinese Embassy in India

whom should i contact for lapse in quality for goods purchased from China

i have purchased some gold items from China. They are purchased with quality certificate duly stamped. The seller does not have website or email address . Who can help me for getting the feedback from seller and/or replacement in Mumbai

I think the only way is that you contact the seller directly to solve it. You've bought the goods, so you must have their contact info. I'm afraid no body can help you about this.
Kindly advise you be careful when buying something from abroad.
