About:Chinese Embassy in Iran

Can two groups of tourists having one group visa enter to china from two different airlines?

We are two groups of tourists planned to enter to china by two different airlines; both of us will arrive to Beijing capital airport (terminal 2) at same day by just 3 hours of time difference. Can we apply for just one Chinese Group Visa and in the day of entrance to china the first group wait for joining to the second group before crossing to landside of the airport?

I think it will work, but the oversea China embassy or consulate has the final right to this. Confirm with them first when submit the visa application.
