Hi there, I work in North America. I travel for work and recently I have been assigned a trip to Asia. I would like my husband to come from Kabul to Hong Kong where we can spend some time together before I return back home when he goes back to Kabul. I was wondering how long does it take for visa to be issued to Afghans and if it is always guaranteed to be issued as I don't want to risk my money and purchase the flight tickets. Thanks

If your husband can provide all the necessary documents, it will take 4 working days for China Emabssy and there may be express visa service as well. To make sure that your husband can get the visa as scheduled, ask him contact the China embassy near to his residence before you buy the air ticket.
