I will be visiting Changchun in this coming mid-September.pls let me know the day and night

I will be visiting Changchun in this coming mid September.Please let me know what is the difference in the day and night temperature. Will thin clothing worn inside and thicker/warmer clothes do?or has it got to be all thick clothing?Do they have central controlled warmer throughout the shopping centers when the weather gets colder?
