You haven't got a marriage certificate yet, so I don't think she can stay in Russia for a long time.  She may only apply for a private visa to Russia with the following documents:1. Valid national passport & photocopy of its vital pages 2. One passport-size photo (3.5 cm x 4.5cm) 3. Completed Application Form 4.Original invitation issued by the Russian Foreign Ministry or its regional representatives or by an appropriate Russian Federation Migration Service branch.Where are you now? If you are in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou or Shenyang, you may go to the embassy or consulate there in person to know about the visa application directly.
