China Visa application on the same day.

dear sir i mean not to apply nepal visa in china i mean chinese visa in nepal so what my question is do you sittle have extreme urgent visa which is given on same day i mean if i apply at morning and they give same day afternoon by soem extra fee, is it sittle or they stop that service in kathmandu ,
