stop over to hk

Question

hi i was work before in hk but i was convict due for over stay and now i have to stop over to hk airport is that ok or do i can get trouble with that

Hi!  If it's just a stop over, there wouldn't be a problem because you are not going to pass by the HK immigration.  All passengers for stop-over will just be contained in one area - either for plane transfer or plane refueling.
