my regard,i, Mr. Raza Ali Changazi, belong to Hazara Mongole Community, living in Pakistan at Quetta. i am very interested to get the Mongolian tour visa. kindly give me some information.

There is no embassy or consulate of Mongolia in Pakistan, so you are right that you may try to apply for the visa from the Mongolian Embassy in your neighboring country China. However, I'm not sure whether they will accept your application or not, so kindly advise you contact them directly through 86 10 6532 6512(extension number 120, 106, 108).
