How to apply for Macau Visa? I am an international student living in Melbourne

I went today morning to Chinese embassy that located in 570 ST Kilda, Melbourne. to apply for Macau Visa. However that said they don't provide Macau Visa!!!!!!!!!!!! I am an international student living in Melbourne, I hold Jordaninan by passport how can I apply for Macau Visa from Melbourne??????????????
