About:Embassy of U.A.E in China

I want to apply and get a visa.

I m writing from Mongolia. I am planning to attend a conference in UAE. I will stay there between 01-06 May, 2012. And how can I apply and get a visa from UAE embassy in China? What document do I need?

You obtain the Entry Visit Visa to enter UAE by being sponsored by a friend or relative who lives in UAE, or by a hotel or a company based in UAE, or through applying to Emirates Airlines. The documents needed are:
1. Valid Passport for at least six months and the copy.
2. Round trip airline ticket (return ticket).
3. one recent-taken color photo
4. application form
5. Sponsor’s passport copy with UAE residence visa page copy.
6. Sponsor’s labour contract and service letter.
7.Sponsor’s trade license copy if self employed.
8.Copy of Emirates ticket issued in the UAE only.

Hello,. Thanks for info. I will stay at the hotel. I don't have any relative person and sponsors there. I am going to attend a conference during those days. So do I need #5-7? And could you explain me what is #8?

If you don't have relative or firend in UAE, you will have to apply for the visa through your hotel, then the business license of the hotel will still be required. Anyway, you may contact your hotel in UAE to get the actual answer you want.
