To apply for the immigration to USA through marriage, you may have to provide your birth certificate and marriage certificate which should be notarized by the local Notary Public in China. To know more accurate info., you may contact the USCIS Office in Guangzhou (if you live in Guangdong, Hainan, Fujian or Guangxi provinces) by calling 20 8518 7651 or the USCIS Office in Beijing (if you live in the other parts of China) by calling 10 8529 6740 directly.
