About:Chinese Greetings

Any respectful greetings I can use in a letter?

There is a family that works at a local Chinese restaurant who are very kind to us when we come. We are leaving and I would like to write them a letter of gratitude. Are there any respectful greetings I can use?

If you will write the letter according to the code of the language you use. I feel that you have been farmilar with each other, then just talk as friend. If over cautious, it will spoil the effect.
