About:Requirements for Permanent Residence Permit

No criminal record

hi, as per above requirement for spouse reunion, i have all documents. I have one problem for Non-criminal record which is taking so long time and paper work to get from India. I can get police clearance certificate from Indian embassy in Guangzhou. Do you think this certificate will be workable to apply. Kindly advise me.

If depends on the officers who will process your application for you, so try to confirm with them directly.
