would like to apply dependent visa for me and our babies

Hi, my husband working as a chef in Macau (employment visa) and would like to apply dependent visa for me and our babies. Is it possible? what is the requirement? And where we can obtain the form? Thank you

It's possible. The requirements are: completed application form, copy of the bio data page in a valid passport/travel document and copy of the approval letter (i.e. notification letter of granting “Special Authorization to Stay” to the non-resident worker's reuniting family).
The form is available at the subdivision concerned and the website of the Public Security Police of Macau.
