what shall we do

Dear sir/madam:
What shall we do we have to stay at your gate to get business visa for more than 3 days becouse your people at the gate is not coopreatve.

Did you go to submit the visa application during the office hours of the visa office 08:30-12:00 from Monday to Thursday? If so, you may try to find a reliable visa or travel agency for help.
