About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Swedish citizen can apply Chinese visa in the USA with VWP?

Can a swedish citizen apply for a chinese visa in the USA on a visa waiver program, ESTA?

Third country citizens applying China visa in USA need to provide the original and a photocopy of proof of U.S. residency, so I'm afraid you will not be able to do so.
