China Visa Transfer to Malaysia Visa

Hi , I am Malaysian, and I got my China Driving License in China. Malaysia JPJ told me that I can apply the Malaysia License by China License, but I need a letter (or a cert) from China Embassy in Malaysia. So, I wonder if your Notarization & Authentication department ever provide such kind of letter for my case? If so, what should I do to get this letter?

Thank you in advance

You should have the China Driving License notarized by the local notary public where you got the license in China, then apply for an authentication from the local foreign affairs office, and finally re-authenticcate at the China Embassy in Malaysia. You may contact the China Embassy in Malaysia directly to confirm this.
