About:Chinese Embassy in Italy

I am Italıan, I'll be employed by a Chinese firm. May I enter China with Tourist Visa +change later

I mean, may I apply for working Visa-Z while I am in China already?

It's hard for you to apply for a China work visa in China. You'd better get the China work visa from the local China embassy or consulate in your country in advance.
