About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

i've a chinese student visa...can i get my mother a chinee resident family visit visa of 1 year?

is it possible for her to get a dependant visa via mine?what should i do to get her that visa?

I don't think your mother can apply for a China family visit visa for one year. I think she can be granted a duration of 180 days at most. China doesn't issue dependant family visit visa, they only issue dependant work visa to foreigners. You should write an inivation letter and provide your birth certificate and copies of yours passport and residence permit for her as the assistance of her China visa application.
