If you don't have a cooperator in China, I think you may just apply for a China tourist visa for the trip. The requirements are your passport remaining to be valid for at least six months from the date of application and with 2 blank visa pages, completed Visa Application Form stuck with a recently-taken passport photo, fulfilled supplementary Visa Application Form V2011B, Your residence permit of Spain and round-trip air tickets.
