how to find out when Chinese consulate delegates might come to Seattle

Is there a website or something that I can find out when in each year Chinese consulate delegates might come to Seattle? Thanks

China consulate in San Francisco will go to Seattle on April 28, 29 to accept Chinese passport application and Survival Certificate application. It doesn't accept China visa application, authentication application. If you apply for China visa or authentication, you have to go to the consulate to apply it or entrust someone else to do it.

The question is that my aunt is still a Chinese citizen and she needs to send out a finger print proof document through China consulate from Seattle to a social security department in China. So if she cannot be at the address provided by Bruce on those two days, can she actually have someone else to do that for her although I was told that this has to be done in person. Thanks Bruce for your good information!

I think it's better for your aunt go to the office place in person. I'm not sure whether it is acceptable that your aunt sends someone else on her behalf. She may writer to the principal John Zheng whose email address is <span class="clspost">infolage.com|services</span> to make an enquiry.
