How do I get a letter of recommendation from the Chinese embassy to open a bank acount in Thailand?
I am a permanent resident of Hong Kong. i have lived in Hong Kong or 10 years. I have had a bank account at Heng Sang Bank duing that time. I hold a Candian passport. I own a condo in Thailand and will retire there in a year or 2.
