About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

first time applicant for China visa?

i have been issued a chinese visa before but was not able to use it. am i still considered to be a first time visa applicant? and do i need to still complete/submit the requirements for first time applicant?

No, if you haev had visa stamps on your passport, no matter old or new, you will not be regarded as first time visitor to China.
