About:Chinese Embassy in India

Can I apply for multiple visa to china in India. have 3 year multi visa issued in Hk that is expired

I think so, if you have valid Indian visas or valid Residence Permits in India and a note by the Embassy or Consulate-General of your own country, enclosed your name, passport number, occupation, purpose to go to China, duration of stay in China.
