About:Embassy & Consulates of U.S.A. in China

do i pay my fee for a visa application before applying online or apply then pay

i can't find where to buy credit online to speak to some one on the phone is there a number i can call to speak english and ask some question about the visa process

Usually, you should make the payments when you collect the visa. Which embassy will you speak to, Embassy & Consulates of U.S.A. in China?
