First, you should contact the Embassy or Spain in China to know whether your country allows you to take the cat into Spain. If animals are permitted to be brought into Spain, you need to know about the relevant procedures and then contact the quarantine office of the China Customs to know what you can get from them.
Generally speaking, you need to prepare the followings:
1. proof of vaccination, incluidng the type of vaccine
2. make a physical examination for your cat according to the requriements of the embassy at a appointed hospital
3. animal quarantine proof which may be required to be notarized
4. if your cat is airsick, prepare some medicine for it
