While I'm visiting Japan, I want to visit China. My plan is to take the group tour in Japan through a travel agent. Each visit to different places in China is between 4-8 days in duration. Do I obtain the L Visa from Los Angeles Consulate Office before I leave or do I obtain the Visa in Japan?
