It's easy for your company members to apply for a China tourist visa to China. The documents they need for the visa application are:
A. One completed visa application form;
B. One recent passport sized photo;
C. A valid original passport with blank pages.
D. round-way air tickets

You may just send someone to go to the China embassy to submit the application, no appoinment is required.
