About:China Tourist Visa

irish citizen visiting beijing 2017

looking for advice in relation to obtaining a visa to visit beijing and perhaps travel for a few days whilst in the area staying no more than two and half weeks.

James, you need to apply for a tourist L type in advance to visit PRC. You are advised to apply for the L type one month earlier before your trip. The required documents include your passport and copy of its data page, the application form attached with a passport-style photo, round trip air tickets and hotel booking record.
