About:Chinese Embassy in Croatia

Business visa for Shangai (China)

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a Croatian citizen travelling to China (Shangai) for 5 days, for business purposes.
Can you please let me know what are the necessary documents for issuing that type of visa, and how long does it take?

The necessary documents are:
1. One completely filled out Visa Application Form for the P.R. China (Q-1).
2. One recently taken 2X2 in. photo showing entire face and without a hat on. Please affix the photo to the application form.
3. Original passport with at least 2 blank visa pages and valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of application.
4. invitation letter of duly authorized Chinese unit or confirmation of invitation
5. round-trip air tickets
It will take 4-7 working days to process the visa.
